What we store

• Your account: email address, name, profile picture if you add one, and your time zone and language preferences.
• Your work: workspaces, projects, studio content, images and prompts you or your team create.
• Usage records: which AI tools were used, when, and in which project, so limits and usage pages work.
• Audit log: approvals, reopenings and sensitive actions, with who did them and when.
• Messages you send through the contact form: name, email, company and message.

How we use it

Only to run the platform: signing you in, saving and showing your work to the members of your workspace, applying limits, keeping the audit log, and replying to your messages.

AI drafting

When you press a draft or image button, the relevant project content is sent to an AI model to produce the draft. [Confirm wording about AI providers.]

Who can see your work

Members of your workspace, according to their role. Platform administrators can view accounts and workspaces for support; this access is recorded in the audit log.

Your choices

You can download your own data from Settings. To ask for your account to be deleted, contact info@tawai.studio. [Confirm retention period.]
